Hi does anyone know about new direct debits o2 are setting up for existing phone contracts ??

Yes they are setting up new DD's when customers are transferred to the new billing system.

I understand what you explained thank you. But what I don’t understand is o2 have set up 6 new directs for 4 existing contracts but surely if airtime and device plan is being payed through one direct debit then surely o2 should’ve set up 4 new direct debits not 6 ??

Unless you can fathom out an answer yourself using MyO2, you will need to contact Customer Service either on 202 or via social media :-
