I haven't received an message to say yes or no, but I did recieve a few others. One says this, "We've recieved your order, your all set." Does this mean ive been approved?

I have received that response in an upgrade, when I have upgraded with O2 directly, @KimberleyMcLeod - but if you want to know for sure, reach out to O2 via Social Media, links below, or you can call them on 0800 081 0255 - just after 8am is a good time.

In my experience credit checks are done during the order process these days so you should have gotten a yes/no during the checkout process. If the order went through I’d suggest it’s more than likely it’s a yes as when it’s been a no for me I haven’t been able to complete checkout
