Hi, I need to cancel my pay monthly immediately please. It is very unclear how to do this on the website so help would be much appreciated.

Bear in mind you're still responsible for paying the remainder of your contract. You can't just walk away.
If you're having problems paying, speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
