So I ordered an iPad for my daughter, on the website and at the checkout it stated they would deliver to my local store by the 23rd of December, so I filled out my details and checked out, then checked my emails for confirmation and the tracking details, which the page said I would be able to do straight away, but when I log into my account there’s no recollection of my order and the next email I got said it won’t be at the store until the 10th of January. Very confused and quite concerned.

O2, like other networks have had stocking issues for some weeks now. I very much doubt the iPad was actually in stock as their system isn't live.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
