Hi . This is my second new phone in a wk . Everything set up ok but I can't make or receive calls . I was send another phone because they thought it was faulty but this one is doing the same it's the iPhone se2020 ??can anyone help before I pull my hair out tia

I'd suggest you take it in to your local O2 store then so they can check the phone, sim and your account.

I know some phones are shipped with a bar on them to prevent fraud in the case of loss during delivery, so it may be that this needs lifting first.

If it's an upgrade, you need to use your old sim card or do a sim swap to activate the new sim.
