Hi I'm a driving instruction and currently not working is there any help available for me with my bill till I'm back working again??

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I called the 0800 number but still ended up with customer services. I was told to wait until my bill is due and call back then to be put through to the payments team.

Call them, email in and ask for help if you don't get help on the phones. They are being helpful if you get through to the right people, I was told they have a number of options to help people who really are in difficult situations, as many are at this time.

Calling is the only option at the moment apart from the community. We can nly redirect them to the phones for account issues.
