I upgraded the iphone 6s on tuesday - im due to go away on holiday for 2 week and want to make sure my phone arrives before i go away. 

O2 live chat isnt working and im busy at work so cant call to ask. - Anyone know what i could do?

Ive tried emailing but they never reply.

It should have arrived today. According to O2 most variants are in stock for delivery so check with CS and see if they have any details or a tracking number.

I have the tracking number but when i go on the courier website it says this is not a tracking number- o2 have now changed my tarriff to the one i selected for the new phone. but i have no phone yet.
