@Upgrade4 Have you had any email confirmation? Have you looked on your MyO2 page? O2's stock reporting isn't live, so there's no way of telling when you will get your device, or if it's even in stock. During the current crisis it's bound to take longer. You'll only know when it will arrive when they send you a dispatched email with a tracking number.
