Help with viewing previous bills

Can anybody help me with viewing previous bills please? I have got as far as 'view previous bills' but when I click on my phone number, it tells me to choose which phone it is out of about 20 different options! My phone is very old and is not listed on there! Thanks in advance

It shouldn't matter what your phone is?

Hi there,

Thank you very much for your help! I finally managed to view my bills but unfortunately I could only see 6 months worth. In the end I phoned customer services who could only do the same. I did manage to find out when the contract first started though which was in 2010!!! Thanks for your help slight_smile

Yes it was a big help thank you. I didn't manage to find out everything I wanted to but it was a big help slight_smile  After spending most of the day chatting to customer services, I think I have the problem sorted. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! wink
