Good evening
I returned my phone on the 10th of May and tracking shows the phone was received on the 11th of May. I have spoken with live chat who have also confirmed the phone has been received. The phone was returned within the 14 day cooling off period. Can someone please take a look into why I haven't received my refund please?

On average it takes at least 3 weeks for O2 to process refunds.

This isnt customer services, and we dont have access to anyones accounts, you will need to speak to the Sales Team on 0800 081 0255 they open at 8am in the Morning
