Hello. I'm anew O2 customer and I ordered my pay monthly phone on friday but have heard nothing about it since. I assume I failed the credit check but how do I know? The payment is still pending in my account but my o2 account says I have no orders. 

 

I have severe anxiety so calling the helpline is not an option.

I'm afraid you will either need to call or just wait for O2 to email you.

You can also message on social media.

You should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
