Hi @Soph

Getting deals on newly launched phones is almost impossible as demand is always high for them, but, your best chance is to buy from Carphone Warehouse or search the other independent retailers.

You can still stay with O2 and keep your number, just pay less.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Soph You can upgrade via an independent on a standard 24 month contract if Refresh isn’t a deal breaker for you

@Soph You can always call customer service and try the 'I'm thinking of leaving' tactic. I'm not sure where that would get you these days, but what's the worst that could happen?  https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
