I have just signed up to a new contract phone plan, I work for the nhs and now I need to apply my discount but as the current 02 system is not at 100% during this pandemic I cannot speak to someone in customer service to give them my nhs discount code, I also have been offered a new samsung active watch which I cannot claim. I hope the 30 days do not pass and I miss the window to claim. Has anyone any ideas on how to help. Thanks

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
