Help with Bolt-ons

I recently added a bolt on to my tariff but found it doesn't work as i have an old sim which doesnt have blackberry services. How would i activate my phone so that i could use this bolt on?

Hi Melissa,

 

You can swap your sim for a new one at any O2 store or with our Customer Service team here: http://j.mp/CallCS 

 

A few other things that you would need to check;

 

Do you have the right settings on your phone? You can check this by going to menu - setup - email settings and the click the backberry symbol and select service books. Once you have received them you'll need to reboot your phone

 

Once you've done this try to connect to the internet, if you're still having issues you'll need to speak to our customer service team to check if the bolt on has been activated on your account
