When I look at my bill it looks like it paid but nothing left my bank account yet or manual via card I did have to pay a depoist of £300 at the start of contract due to poor credit raiting but said would get it back if paid on time and just a tad worried.

It may not show in your bank statement until tonight when they run the system updates but it does look like there has been a handshake for the money between O2 and your bank.

You can request your deposit back on your 4th bill after 3 payments have been made in full and on time.

It goes back onto your account as credit which can be used to pay your airtime bill or you can request it to be withdrawn back to your bank account.
