@Jasper22  You need to explain what your issue is. If you're either moving from O2 or to O2 you need a PAC. See if this guide helps: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278

If that isn't your problem, you need to tell us a bit more than five zeros.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Jasper22 see help here on keeping your number https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Hi @Jasper22

It would be helpful if you popped back and explain a little more. Advice on keeping your number has been given above, though I can't recall ever seeing a number such as the one you have posted?

Anyway welcome to the forum Welcome
