Help!! guru asking 4 passcode/password on virtual chat ?????

please can some1 help ? i have online account 4 pay&go sim ..... I've very recently lost my sim and have a new un-reg sim I want to use as replacement ... SIMPLE SO FAR ...... Guru asking me for passcode / password on my on line account before this can be done ?? I have security question but they said that wasn't it ? I cant even think what they're asking for ?? Where will I find this ?? TA in advance guys .....

If you have forgotten the password you need to get it reset. If you call customer services they will use your security question (plus some other security checks) and allow you to reset it. Make a note of it somewhere safe for next time you need it.
