I am with o2 on a refresh contract at the moment. I have just placed an order via e2save, I will be staying with o2 but it is not an upgrade, it is a completely new contract. This is purely because there were far better deals that way. Is there any way of keeping my number still? It appears I can keep my number if I upgrade or change providers but not this way? I've had my number for 10 years plus and really don't want to change it. TIA

@Sam Once your new contract is set up you can ask customer service to change your number over to your new contract which will terminate the Refresh contract & generate a final bill for that one

@Sam You can get your number migrated to your new contract which will cancel your old contract. Have a read of this guide

Thank you so much for replying, I did have a little look through that but not sure any of the options apply as not changing from or to payg or moving providers? I'm changing from refresh to a new fixed contract?
