I need to change my billing date so they stop taking the last of my money and putting me in the red. Cannot contact anyone to resolve this. More than frustrated!

You need o contact O2 to change your billing date.

Tried contacting them six times. I can't get through to anyone. Keep going round in circles with the automated 02 voice. Arg!

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
