Hi. I’ve been trying for weeks to get through to o2 customer services to discuss my bill. I’m currently out of work due to the crisis and having trouble paying my bill. They have made it completely impossible to get through to speak to anyone. Any ideas how I can get through to them please?

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

Your phone will still get restricted automatically as no one has the relative skill to override the system. You will need to call again to be reconnected
