Hi everyone
A few very confusing conversations with customer services chat where they had no idea what I was asking. I ordered a new 12 month contract sim using a stac code instead of the pac code (someone kindly provided the wrong information). The order is now on its way. I do desperately need to keep and bring my old number and have now got a pac code but i completed the order with the stac code. Once I receive the sim, can I still port my old number over?
