Help, I want to cancel my O2 contract, but can’t get through

I cancelled my contract over a month ago and it hasn’t been done. I can’t get through on the phone and my complaint email was answered with the statement that I need to call O2! I don’t want to keep on paying for a contract I no longer use and I’ve also lost the sim so can’t request a STAC code. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I seem to be stuck!

@RogPJ Unfortunately, without your sim you're going to have to keep on trying to get through to customer service. Best time to try to call is 8 am. This time of day will be nigh on impossible.
