Open up My O2 and click on 'billing details'. Scroll down to payment details and set up a 4 digit pin.

Here you can change your account number and sort code and your home address. You will be sent a text to your mobile number.

Not really however you can call customer services as soon as possible. There are certain payment details you can change though.

I was on the understanding that your new bank should do all this for you?

That may be the case but if the OP can do it themselves via the link in @jonsie 's post then it would be far easier for them?

All direct debits and standing orders should be changed over by the banks.
The customer is also indemnified against this going wrong, however, as the option exists for you to do it yourself it would be wise to do.
I would also call CS and ask them to put a note on your account to that effect too, just in case wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
