Thank you for your help. I couldn't do it as they called me an said the order is canceled. Someone from o2 called me and confirmed is canceled and she said let's do it again by phone. We did it, i have passed over credit check and all terms but after i made the checkout and paid stil doesn't come as confirmed as i couldn't place order because of an error but i do have 2 payments on my bank app towards telefonica uk 23 and 24.08.2023.. i have called them and they said no order made..
One one account under same credentials shows nothing, but one the checkout one shoes to review my details and place order.. same thing error call us etc..
Is this number a scam? +448008400202 as the emails seems fine, the one on 23.08 made by me online is the same with the one sent by o2 sales team lady on 24 where i was accepted... i can't understand what s going on. Thank you

Two account on the same name, sorry for my writing.
And when i log in by website i can do it but when i installed app and try to log in.. your account needa 24h to be active even if i received an email with my account beeing done and ready to use

The app always takes longer than the web version for some reason so keep checking on the web for order progress.
