Hello - An online adviser, last night, added £10 to my account. Can't see it yet. (Chat transcript)

Please excuse typos. i am typing on a touchscreen phone.
Last night I was speaking to an online adviser about some problems i'd been having with my account and information i'd been given by one of their store advisers. While they were helpful their English did seem quite limited and at points it was rather hard to understand them. She/he then said...

P***
: I have taken the permission from my manager to add £10 on your account right.
P***: You will see the amount on your payment history.
P***: And you can also see the amount in the next bill cycle.

However, it's not showing up in my account yet. My bill was still the same it was before I spoke to her/him.
Does the above mean it will be taken off my bill next month?

Credits don't usually appear until your bill is generated.
CS can see them, but you can't.

You can see any credit added to your account in the 'recent charges' tab within my o2. This will then be added onto next months bill
