They’ve held my £489.99 for an iPad I cancelled within cooling off period, each time I get a different answer, they have just refunded 89.99 but where’s my £400 O2? Shocking service, I am going to watchdog or the papers with this now so far it’s been 11 days waiting for my refund.

@Anonymous  If you cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period then all of your money should have been refunded.

Money not been refunded after 11 days and several calls to customer services, I’ve put the money in dispute with my bank and they are investigating, I’ve also complained through the links, but still nothing. I will call yet again tomorrow.

They have told me the amount is being refunded, but they have only refunded the £89 so far and not the £400!!

I cancelled on the 9th day, no contract no product sent, all cancelled but why refund some of the money but not all of it, this is theft!
