Hi All,

My huawei phone has been acting very strange.. Sometimes when my wife calls me she has a chinese talking lady answering the phone, this has happened 5 times now. Also on one occasion i finished talking to my wife on the phone, upon hanging up, my wifes phone rang (my number!!) our conversation we just had on the call began playing back to her??

Has anyone experienced this happen to them?

Check the options ticked in your accessibility settings.

Talkback and some other assisted settings may be turned on.

The next step would be a factory reset then, unless you have installed an app that would cause these issues?

Backup the phone first though so you can restore your personal files after the reset.
