Hy i have one problem my bill finish in januari 2023 just i have left to pay finali bylls 0,05£ no understand o2 no removed from my debit direct the finaly bill 0,05£ because i have direct debit from 1januari have transaction this money 5p yesterday looking my credit score is fail grave affected for this £0,05p no is ok because in my acount i have money for finali bills now no understand haw pay my 0,05£ p because now have option for this money. Home no hawe notification for my bills finali pay left meyby is lost my leter need pay now gyve me in my email teodordorian**Personal info** how pay my finali bills one option plys thank you for help sory no spik good english just this 20%

You need to contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
