Having issues with my phone calls

Hi  I'm be having this issue for long time.My mobile number and my other apps are being hacked.My passwords are broken.One more thing I noticed phone calls are being made from my phone even it is near me.Because one of my husband friend Mrs called me today and asked if I called on her mobile I said no.And one more thing with other friend wife She was not InTouch with me for more than 2 weeks same day when I talked to my husband about both friends wife.I got phone calls one I talked and the from other I just had one ring and call dropped.When I talked to my husband and later I saw from my phone call was made to her even my phone was near by.

Could you please help me finding solution.Thanks
