Havent received any emails regarding new contract

I placed a new order for a contract phone at around 2 or 3 am last night, on the last page it said thanks it's great to have you on board, your order is now being processed and will be with you soon. - in the past I've been credit checked before and its always said that I was being credit checked on the last page and to wait, this time it didn't and hasnt with other phones that turnt up the next day.

 

However, I haven't received any emails even the pre contract emails - when I was credit checked before I received the pre contract emails at least although my order never went through

 

Will I receive the emails once its been dispatched? Could it be because I placed the order so late at night? Has it more than likely been accepted? When i look at my orders its currently on order being processed on the second stage, before when it's failed it never made it to that point just order confirmed.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
