On 5th September 2013, I got billed for £174 for cancelling my contract, I was still in the 7 day cooling period, so o2 realised they made a mistake after contacting them several times regarding this issue.
On 6th September 2013, I completed the final bill refund form and still have no received my refund. I am getting really frustrated and furious with this now, they said it got transferred to my bank account on 12th September 2013.
Has this happened to anyone? If so, how long did it take to transfer to your bank account??

You can only call and chase it up, hopefully they're just being a bit slow and you'll get it in the next day or so.

Have you telephoned your Bank to ask them to track the refund !
It could have something to do with them and not o2.

If I were a betting type I would put £50 against that, it's only 10 days since the order was placed and O2 never move that fast.

I assume you know the internal procedures personally or your assuming ?
