Haven't being able to get internet on O2 phone for 20 month

Awfull use to get internet on phone but for 20 month being unable to and this is as close as I have gotten to communicate with 02. Disgrace don't get 02 contract phone what ever you do.

Yeah I realised that after I posted......:smileywink: I am off to Spain tomorrow and never have a problem when I get home....but  I have a Note 3.  Not sure why you would have this issue. Really weird.

Still, I'm sure I would get it sorted sooner than 20 months,
As it reads now, don't use O2 because I lost Internet 20 months ago and waited until now to sort it.

Delete your wifi connection off phone and reconnect.
I'm not sure why you think O2 is responsible for your home BB connection?

Great, the phone won't connect to home wifi, logical to blame o2 for your inability to sort out the router connecting to the phone. Can you connect to other wifi spots? Have you got wifi switched on?

The weird thing about this is...the op said all was working well till they went to Spain. Only when they came back did this problem start? Confused

If he calls his be provider they will talk him through testing.....

@Cleoriff that's why I asked if wifi is turned on?
