Hi,

I already have an O2 Mobile Broadband Line, but, I want to port in my Huchinson Three handset line, with immediate effect

.... Basically I have dire signal with Three (since July last year and counting), since my local mast was 'network optimised' away... The current lockdown has made me realise just how important good connectivity is, hence, I now have a PAC from Three, and an O2 handset & tarriff in mind.

Trying to buy, and give O2 a PAC to PORT IN is an absolute nightmare!!! There's no way, that if I bought the handset, I could start the porting in process, as I think I would have to talk to (furloughed!!) customer service.

I can buy the contract online, and get the phone in a day or two easily enough, but does anyone know a way to port in during lockdown??

(I'm really that sick of Three, that I want to be ported across by next week!!)

Is the port in process totally automated, or will staff being off stop or delay a port in?

@ MartinO2 hasn't got back to me yet, with help, with a port in during lockdown

Hi you can port your number by completing the online form which i have linked below. Ports are taking slightly longer than normal but are still being completed.
