Hi all, first post here
Sorry if this is a silly question but I can't seem to figure out if I've paid off my phone or not. I looked all over my account and the O2 website, only seems to have confused me more. I bought the phone (iPhone 6S) in 2017 under contract and upgraded recently after being offered an upgrade.
I want to give my previous phone to my sister but no idea if I can. My bill for the month was lower which also made me think it was fully paid but just looking for a way to confirm if anyone knows. Thanks!

Once the contract is paid in full, the phone is yours to do with as you like.
