Hi , 

 

I have ordered two contract items with o2 on friday 28th 2023 , so exactly a week ago . I have recieved the confirmation emails, including the credit agreements and the order confirmation as well as paying upfront costs. But when I look at tracking it states still on confirmed plus the money is still pending in my bank. I know monday just gone was a bank holiday. Does this mean I've been accepted and waiting for dispatch or is it credit checks waiting to be completed. Does it take longer when ordering near bank holidays?

If the money is still pending it means O2 haven't claimed it yet. 

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
