Have I been accepted?

I ordered an Iphone from O2 on Tuesday, and have paid a deposit of £275 due to my limited credit history. I received the legal documents and also 5 minutes later, another email saying “We've received your order. You're all set.... Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead at our end. ” does this mean I’ve passed the credit check? It’s been few days but I haven’t receive any dispatch email or any other email mentioning the device is out of stock or that I’ve failed the credit check... does anyone know what is going on?:(

It sounds as if you have been accepted, however, your phone may be out of stock.

When it's been dispatched you will get an email and then you can track it. If you want to find out the status of this order, then you need to contact O2

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

Thank you so much for such a quick reply! One more question, do you know what is the set of number starting with “KMM” is? Is that another kind of order number?

KMM numbers are automated confirmation numbers

ms numbers are your order numbers which will appear in My O2
