I placed an order on Friday for the new iphone12 pro max £340 has been removed from my bank account for the phone I received legal documents and an email that states as follows
"Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead at our end.
We'll process your order as quick as we can, so it will be in your hands
before you know it. And if you're itching for updates (which we're sure
you are), keep an eye on your inbox for news of its progress and
delivery."
does this mean I have been accepted as phone isn't showing up in "myo2" and it is now Sunday evening and assuming next day delivery should be tomorrow should I not have received an update by now? Will I definitely receive phone and have I been accepted for it?
any help would be majorly appreciated thank you

It would appear that you have been accepted
You won't get any notification until you receive a dispatch email the night before delivery
Be prepared for the phone being out of stock though
If you hear nothing tomorrow then
You need to call O2 for an update
All numbers are in this guide
You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
