Have I been accepted for credit?

Hi, I’m a little confused wether I have been accepted for my iPad or not. I applied and everything went well and I have received 4 emails, 3 containing pdfs like the credit agreement etc. I don’t have the best credit so I’ve rang o2 to see if it had gone through okay and she said it’s going through another credit check? I’m confused as I’ve received my customer credit agreement? Anyone had a similar situation?

This does sometimes happen but only the sales department can really help

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you –

I’ve already rang them but all she said is that it was going through a second credit check

You'll just need to wait for O2 to let you know.

Hey, can you tell me if you got it in the end? I’m currently going through the same issue, every time I speak to someone from o2 they say someone will be back in touch with me, I’ve heard nothing, it’s been well over a week now. I have just had an alert that o2 have added a new credit account to my credit file but still no item lol. Never ever had this issue before, always have everything from o2 😕

@Kaylz21 It is unlikely that a customer from near 12 months ago will reply.

It would be nice if people kept us updatate.

However, in dealing with O2, the advice above is still good.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It was January 2022 when @Charlotte2001 posted the above and her profile shows that the two posts above on 10 January 2022 are the only times she has ever posted here. Tagging her as I have done here might elicit a response but I wouldn't be too hopeful.
