Hi all.
Recently bought an 02 24M iPhone 5s contract (16GB Silver). I've just turned 18 so had problems getting credit with other companies, so am a bit worried as to whether the order has gone through.
The upfront handset cost has been taken from my available balance (but is not showing on my online statement) and I have received an email:
This email contains important information about your order.
Your order is being processed and will be despatched shortly.
We'll email or send you an SMS to confirm when your order has been
despatched so that you'll know when to expect your delivery. You will
need to sign for the delivery, but don't worry if you're not in, the
courier will leave you details to rearrange delivery.
Which sounds to me like it has actually gone through. But my main concern is that on ''my 02'' it says:
My O2 Products You don't appear to have any valid products associated with this account.
Can someone help?

It sounds as though the order has gone through. I suppose the important wording is 'your order is being processed'. I would call customer service to confirm. Don't use chat.
