Has my order been placed?

Hi Smiley Happy

 

I placed an order yesterday and paid £30 upfront (it seems to be in my pending).  It asked me to wait 24 hours to recieve confirmation but I haven't had any yet.  Is this normal?

Hi @Marc85 I would call customer services to check if you have been accepted or if they are still doing checks on you.
