Has my order been accepted?

Hi sorry i know this is asked alot before but im just confused.

 

So placed my order for a samsung s20 ultra with £30 upfront which left my account (but think its pending) I got the screen with my new mobile number, order number etc. but it also says what happens next...

we need to review your order before we accept it, this can take up to 24hrs.

we'll email you to let you know if we accept your order

delivery might not be on time.

 

Then minutes later i recieved the emails with a signed Credit agreement (Signed o2 side) the terms and conditions link to read, the username email, then finally... We've received your order. You're all set, its now full steam ahead at our end, we'll process your order as quick as we can... keep an eye on your email for news of its progress and delivery.

 

So does this mean its been accepted and i just wait for stock or is there still a risk i wont get accepted? as my credit is iffy!

@Richiep  It looks as if you have been accepted. Now you have to wait to see if the item is in stock as O2's ordering system isn't live.

You will get an email when its dispatched  and then you can track via My O2.

Did you get it? Same thing has happened with me but I know there is a delay with stock so not a clue if it's going to be despatched or if I've been accepted. I am already a customer so was adding anew phone to my existing account (or trying to).

Hi, did you get yours? Mine is saying the same. I spoke to customer service this morning and they said it's with the credit referral team pending approval. But according to my credit report, they did the credit check on Sunday when I applied. I'm so confused! I'd just like to know what is happening!

Just because a credit check is done doesn't mean you have been accepted, and it will be with that team and it can take upto 48 hours from Monday Morning to be approved.
