Has my PAC code been accepted?

Hi I entered my PAC code when I signed up to O2. When sim arrived yesterday I had a new number! I followed instructions on online form to give PAC code, but there was an error message first time I did it. 2nd time I got a confirmation but as it was over a day and a half ago I want to check if it’s been acted on, if not, what I need to do. Especially at this time of lockdown I need my original number

So I would call O2 now . Numerous numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Try 0800 587 4005. Use Skype if you have no phone connection.

@Modette73 Ports don't happen on weekends. If the port is still being processed it won't happen now until Monday at the earliest. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I'm getting the same problem when I submit the number transfer form.

 

It says "Oops. Something went wrong.We've got our best technicians on the case. Try again, or come back later."
