Hi Guys has O2 reduce their 1gb of data to 0.75gb i am on contract of 1 gb of data and free calls to all uk networks etc I have a nexus 5 android 5.1 that has been accurately showing me my data usage and period cycle accurateIy for the last 12 months i have until the next data allowance period eg 22 May - 21 June DATA USAGE = 0.75GB This is displayed when I click on the O2-UK mobile icon I was amazed to receive a text message from 02 cusomers serivce on 27/05/15 stating that I have alresfy used up all my data for this month. I rang customers services and asked them how could this have happened because I only have only just received my allowance on 22/05/15 and I only used the phone to send and receive emails and Facebook Prior to this incident I had run out of data early on 06/05/15 I had to purchase the bolton of 2gb of data for £12. I had 0.7gb left on 21/05/15 when my data allowance was was reset at 00:00hrs to 1gb on 22/05/15 My phone is displaying 0.75gb data usage 02 is saying 1gb that is impossible

No they haven't but the network issues over the last day or so might have caused some delays in updating the systems.

There has been no changes so you do really need to get any explanation direct from customer service.
