Hard copy of bill unable to download

I have failed miserably to down load my latest bill. Would it be possible to have a hard copy of the page that details numbers and charges.

You can get paper copies by calling CS on 202

but see also this post to see if you can download yourself quicker - you will need chrome, firefox or IE browser as we know Edge doesn't work.
