About my handset I received today why I don’t a plug for my charger and headset? And also I want to know if the handset is refurbished or brandnew

Chargers and headsets are no longer included now.

If not supplied by the manufacturer or removed by O2.

If your phone came in retail packaging it is new, if it came in a plain box, it is refurbished.
