You need to call customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Increased payments will lower the monthly cost but not decrease the time period unless you pay it off fully.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
