I upgraded on the 23rd May. I have since received an email and text saying the handset is out of stock and yet when I check, the handset is still in stock according to the O2 app.
Hi please on the O2 website stocking updates aren't live. It may be on the website that a device maybe in stock but in reality it is out of stock. No one here no the time frame they will restock them too so I will ask you to wait.
