I ordered a new handset for an upgrade on friday 27th November, it was supposed to be delivered on Monday 30th. It didn't arrive and the DPD site said it was being held at the local depot. I rang DPD and O2 on Tues 1st and a lost parcel query was raised. Again, I spoke to O2 on Friday 4th Dec and they spoke to DPD - I was told that the latest it would be left was Monday and I would have a new phone ordered if it hadn't been resolved by then. I rang O2 again this morning and she spoke to a manager and said that because it was taking so long they would send me a new phone and I would get an email. I haven't had an email today and have tried chasing it on the live chat - he says action has been taken for replacement but he's unable to see any futher details. Any ideas how long I'll need to wait?? I know it's DPD's issue but I'm also really disappointed with how O2 have handled this as well and I don't have much faith in them at the moment

You need to keep chasing O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
