Handset fault

hi ive not long had the new iPhone 11 and there is a fault with the phone it won't let me do anything at all cant message or phone anything I took it too to o2 shop and they did whatever they did and I could do everything but that only lasted about 30mins so shall i go bk to the store again

Yes I would take it to the shop again. Hopefully you will get somene who knows what they are doing.

They may want to send it for repair

Now it won't even turn on now so I'm going bk into the shop on Wednesday when I've got time n see if they can sort it
