I ordered an upgrade phone yesterday and I paid extra for delivery before 10:30am tomorrow (Tuesday).
I have received an email this afternoon saying it’s on its way, but no tracking details. I then checked my o2 app under orders and it says status ‘complete’ and has delivery down for tomorrow. There’s a tracking number but doesn’t tell me which shipping provider is being used so I don’t know where to put the tracking number in to follow it’s progress. I’ve tried DPD, ukmail and others, they all say number is not recognised.
Can anyone help?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Try here https://www.parcelmonitor.com/track-uk/ but tracking may not be available until the parcel is collected by the courier.

I’ve just tried that one, doesn’t work either.
It’s saying estimated delivery tomorrow but I have paid extra for it to be delivered early but nothing is showing up.

Been having the same issues. But I tried the link listed by someone above and it turns out my s24 is with DPD Local (Blue logo not red). Worth a try https://www.parcelmonitor.com/track-uk/
